At SVC Offroad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
